Scoop Dreams, LLC
Hi, I’m Jerry, founder of Scoop Dreams and proud Penn State graduate. Inspired by sweet memories of the Berkey Creamery, I combined my love for community, entrepreneurship, and Creamery-quality ice cream to launch Scoop Dreams, a mobile scoop shop serving authentic Penn State Berkey Creamery ice cream.
At Penn State, the Creamery wasn’t just a place to grab a cone—it was a cornerstone of campus life and a taste of tradition. With Scoop Dreams, I’m proud to share that same iconic experience on wheels, bringing the legendary flavors of my alma mater to special events, private parties, and festivals throughout South Central Pennsylvania.

We’re proud to bring a scoop of Penn State tradition to our community by serving premium ice cream from the renowned Penn State Berkey Creamery. Scoop Dreams is also dedicated to delivering the same creamy, high-quality experience you’d find right on campus.
The Berkey Creamery has been crafting award-winning ice cream since 1865, using fresh milk from Penn State’s own herd and time-honored recipes developed by experts in dairy and food science. Now, you don’t have to travel to University Park to enjoy iconic flavors like Peachy Paterno, Death by Chocolate, or Alumni Swirl—we’ve brought
them to you.
